Dr. Virginia Bodolica is a Professor of Management and the Head of the Department of Management, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship at the American University of Sharjah (AUS). Holding the Said T. Khoury Chair of Leadership Studies at AUS, her extensive background spans across Europe, North and Latin America, and the Middle East, providing a rich cross-cultural perspective. A specialist in case study-based teaching, her work focuses on corporate governance, strategy, and leadership, with particular interest in top management teams, executive compensation, innovation, and family businesses. Her research has been published in leading academic journals, including the Strategic Management Journal, and she is the co-author of several books. Dr. Bodolica also serves as a consultant and delivers executive education programs for organizations globally.

Professor Ashok Banerjee

Director, IIM Udaipur

Professor Ashok Banerjee is the Director of the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur and a senior academic in the area of Finance and Control. A Chartered Accountant, he holds an M.Com. from the University of Calcutta and a Ph.D. from the University of Rajasthan. His research interests include high-frequency finance, FinTech, and sentiment analysis.

Prior to his current role, Professor Banerjee served as Professor at IIM Calcutta and IIM Lucknow, and as Dean (New Initiatives and External Relations) at IIM Calcutta. He was instrumental in setting up the IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, a DST-recognized Technology Business Incubator, and in launching the India Finance Conference. He also serves as an Independent Director on corporate boards.

Professor Debjit Roy

Professor, IIM Ahmedabad

Professor Debjit Roy is a Professor in the Operations and Decision Sciences area at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an M.Sc. (Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. At IIM Ahmedabad, he serves as Chair of the Research and Publications Office and is the founding Co-Chair of the Centre for Transportation and Logistics.

Professor Roy’s research focuses on stochastic modeling and optimization to improve the performance of logistics, transportation, healthcare, and service systems. He has published in leading journals such as Operations Research, Transportation Science, and Journal of Operations Management, and is the lead author of Trucking Business Management (McGraw-Hill). He is a recipient of multiple national and international research and teaching awards.

Professor P.D. Jose

Professor of Strategy, IIM Bangalore

Professor P.D. Jose is a Professor of Strategy at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where he teaches the core course on Corporate Strategy and Policy along with advanced electives in strategy and sustainability. His key electives include Corporate Strategy and the Environment and Building the Sustainable Enterprise, reflecting his deep engagement with sustainability-led strategic thinking.

Professor Jose is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal, and a bachelor’s degree in physics from the Institute of Science, Bombay. Before joining IIM Bangalore, he was on the faculty of the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad. He was a Fulbright Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Kenan-Flagler Business School during 1999–2000.

Professor Jose has taught at Cardiff University Business School, UK, and the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. His research and consulting work spans sustainability and business strategy, with engagements across government, international agencies, and the private sector.
